NCH Level 5 Supervisors Course 

I confirm my enrolment with Halifax Hypnotherapy Clinic Ltd (HHC) and agree to adhere to the following conditions:

• To pay all course fees in accordance with the agreed instalment schedule and ensure full clearance before portfolio submission.
• That all portfolio and case material submitted is my own authentic work, correctly cited, strictly free from Generative AI tools, and fully anonymised to protect client/supervisee confidentiality.
• That while HHC assesses and verifies submitted portfolios, official certification is subject to final ratification by the awarding body (NCH/NCFE).
• That cancellations outside the 14-day booking window are non-refundable (deposits may be transferred as credit to a future intake/CPD).
